Prices and Availability

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on our Website. In the event that there is a pricing error, we will not be bound to honour any orders made at the incorrect price. All orders received will be deemed as offers to buy and not an acceptance of any offer to sell. We will advise you on the availability of the items ordered and the cost of shipping. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

The availability of products and other items on our Website may change at any time, without notice.


Booking

The named customer on the booking must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these cooking conditions for all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By submitting the booking to us the named customer confirms that he/she is so authorised. The named customer is responsible for making all payments due to us. The named customer must be at least 18 when the booking is made and where placing an order for arrangements with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those arrangements.

Although we use great efforts to ship orders the same day of purchase, shipment of any order may take up to seventy two (72) hours to process the order by the shipment/delivery selection that you choose. Confirmation of orders will be sent via email. Customers should provide their contact information during the checkout process should any questions arise during the processing of any orders.

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. For events and tickets with validity dates, tickets will not be replaced or exchanged prior to or after the expiration date or event date for any reason. Please note that some orders may require express shipping with a signature requirement to ensure a timely and secure delivery.

Our Orlando pickup location and customer service center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.


Order Cancellation Policy

Your confidence in purchasing takes priority, which is why we have a fair refund policy and use common sense and fair practices when dealing with your cancellations and refunds. Unless otherwise noted on the ticket description, we offer one refund policy that is simple and fair for all attraction tickets. If you require a refund on refundable attraction tickets, a fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card and fulfilling the order. Tickets must have been purchased within the last 30 days and not gone past the start date selected. They cannot have been modified by the attraction directly or been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.

Customers bear all responsibility for providing a current and accurate delivery address. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for lost deliveries resulting from an improper address.


Payment Terms

For each product or service you order on our Website, you agree to pay the full price applicable for the product or service (including any surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order.
